Stellantis has announced a voluntary recall of 967 of its 2023 model Pacifica Hybrid models for a potential leaking problem with a fuel line.

The vehicles were manufactured between February 22 and March 8 of this year at the Windsor Assembly Plant. An improperly extruded fuel line was introduced into production increasing the chance of a fuel leak in the engine compartment.

As of early July, the company was unaware of any injuries or accidents caused by the defect. There have been two warranty claims.

The company will notify by mail the owners of affected vehicles with instructions on the process to get replacement parts installed at their dealer.
